Starting a new thread here, feel free to chime in, but provide proof to back up your claim! My first Inductee is Greg Koch (pronounced like Caulk) a guy from Wisconsin of all places, and he can just flat-out do it all. Chet Atkins, Jeff Beck 'Swells', scary Hendrix buff, Albert Lee picking, absolutely stunning pedal steel effects (yikes!) and sometimes gets side tracked by wicked James Gang and Nugent excursions, he's worth taking a look at.
He's curiously best known for his "Chicken Pickin' " but can do anything from Django to Van Halen, while being very down to earth and having a funny, gregarious and very approachable way about himself:

Has only recorded a few albums and needless to say has never really achieved any type up fame, but lots of videos out there of him. I think he's Fantastic, tell us what you think. Cheers, Mike.

He's very good, isn't he?! I like his manner and personality and he certainly has mad skills; thanks for sharing!

There's a bloke from Christchurch in New Zealand called James Wilkinson who I rate very highly indeed.... he has a percussive style of play that just floors me

I was lucky enough to catch documentary about him some 15 years ago on VHS, which I still have and watch about twice a year, just to remind myself that there are some truly great, unknown players out there!!

I don't know what his name is but the guy who played guitar in the Van Halen records was pretty good.
