Either Matsumoku or Fujigen. I have several Crowns and they're wonderful. YOu can't beat the price, if your living room doesn't have a guitar for guests to pick up and play, get to it- or this would likely be a good starter guitar for somebody.

Probably some laminate, many of the Crown electrics I have include some laminate- in one case a laminate fingerboard, go figure- but very well done. My guess is that Matsumoku was doing pioneering work with laminating, that's why they developed the 3-band neck with alternating grain directions for strength. So I wouldn't be put off. Every Matsumoku acoustic I've played is very resonant, regardless of material.
