OK, maybe I've got too much time on my hands... but this came to me and I thought it was kind of entertaining, proposed new property names:

Mediterranean…………………Sustainer
Baltic…………………………....Slimline

Oriental………………………..Rock-n-Soul
Vermont……………………….Super Rock
Connecticut………………..…Workingman

St. Charles……………..……..Futura
States…………………………..Dynasty
Virginia……………….………..Phoenix

St. James……………………….Invicta
Tennessee……………………...Omega
New York……………………....Vulcan

Kentucky..……………………..Ultima
Indiana..………………………..Outlaw
Illinois…...……………………..Endorser

Atlantic…………….…………..Concert Pro
Ventnor………………………...Rock Strad
Marvin Gardens……………….Jazz Strad

Pacific……………………....….Maple Pro
North Carolina……………..…Burgundy Pro
Pennsylvania…………………..Elvin Bishop

Park Place………………………Leslie West
Boardwalk……………………...Rick Derringer

Here are the other Spaces I came up with:

RailRoads ……………………..Matsumoku
...........................................FujiGen
...........................................Hoshino
...........................................Terada

Water Works…………………...Alvarez
Electric Company……………..Crate

Chance…………………………..CraigsList
Community Chest……………..eBay

Luxury Tax……………………..New Strings
Income Tax……………………..PA Rental

Go………………………………..Go
Jail………………………………..In Court / Just Visiting
Free Parking…………...……...Free Jam
Go to Jail………………………..Lawsuit

Now the really fun (but time consuming) part would be to rewrite all the Chance and Community Chest cards, but that will be for another time. Cheers, Mike.

My wife suggested the tokens you move around the board could be picks, pedals, slides, amps, stands, etc.

I think I'll rename 'Go' to 'Gig' which fits the motif better. I like the using Music Stores for Hotels suggestion, maybe use Guitars instead of houses... five guitars equals a Music Store! I also like Workingmans suggestion about the tokens, creative and makes sense, although I don't look forward to carving them out. Thanks for humoring me gents, Mike.

Run it past Parker Bros/Milton Bradley, They made one from every thing else!
Call it the special electra fest edition. Have the banker on the front dressed and posed like Frampton, Betts or West. 8)
